Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS® will be testing a new short sale system being developed by Bank of America. Craft learned of the opportunity while attending the annual Momentum Conference on behalf of the Distressed Property Institute in Orlando, Florida.

“Short sales are an important tool we use to help home sellers avoid foreclosure in a distressed economy,” Craft noted. “I’m eager to see how this system Bank of America is proposing will help families who need a short sale. These kinds of sales can be a very distressing time for families, and the quicker it can be done, the sooner they can move on with their lives.”

Craft was the first CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) in North Carolina, and regularly attends continuing education and professional development events to bring the most current information to her clients.
