Local No-Kill Shelter Hosts Largest Event of The Year
SAFE Haven for Cats will be hosting the 11th annual Tuxedo Cat Ball on Friday, April 24. The black-tie optional event will be from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. Celebrating SAFE Haven’s 21st Anniversary, the event will feature a $500 cash raffle, champagne toast, a gourmet dinner, photo booth, mobile bidding during the live and silent auctions as well as the unveiling of the annual video featuring the North Raleigh shelter.
“The Tuxedo Cat Ball is our largest event of the year with more than 350 animal lovers in attendance,” says Pam Miller, executive director at SAFE Haven for Cats. “The annual event is a vital link in our life-saving mission and funds raised from the night make it possible for us to find homes for over 600 stray cats.”
Tickets are $100 per person or $160 per couple and include dinner and two drinks per person. Supporters can save $20 on either ticket option if bought by March 20 during early bird ticketing. To purchase tickets online, click here.
