The Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group works with homebuyers and homeowners in an elite segment of the marketplace. During the March meeting, members focused on a key element necessary for the successful sale of these high-end homes: Financing.

“Our buyers and sellers have special needs when it comes to home-financing,” said LHMG President Kathy Beacham. “We, as a group, are dedicated to continuing-education in this area to bring the most up-to-date options to the table for our clients.”

LHMG Member Lindsay Taylor invited guest speaker Robert Bajakian to present aggressive financing options. Bajakian is a lender with guaranteed rate of Raleigh. The meeting concluded with a tour of three homes in North Raleigh, inside the beltline and Apex.
