The firm hosted “Mentoring Matters – Empower, Inspire and Influence” on March 19 at the Duke Mansion to bring together women interested in becoming mentors and growing as leaders. The panel of female leaders included: Audrey Averill, chief operations officer at MassMutual Carolinas; Erin Santos, executive director of the Isabella Santos Foundation; and Stacey Brown Randall, author and business growth accelerator. Harvey Smith, founder and CEO of Carolina Business Coach served as the moderator.
