M/I Homes sold 391 homes throughout 17 communities in the Triangle last year, totaling $138M in sales volume. Of those sales, 341 were Realtor assisted. In addition, the average sales price of homes increased from $300K to $335K. The top producing Realtors honored selling M/I Homes were, Hui Xiong with 40 homes sold, Ravi Bheemarao with 14 homes sold, and Jianhua Qin with 12 homes sold.
