M/I Homes Raleigh Division had a strong year in 2015 selling 385 homes throughout 20 communities in the Triangle last year. Homes ranged in price from the $200’s to over $1M.

The Raleigh Division shinned brightly taking home the following Company-Wide national awards. Josh Clowes was recognized as Construction Superintendent with Highest Number of Closings, M/I Financial-Raleigh won for Best Loan Quality and the Raleigh Division Design Center Staff was awarded Design Center Team of the Year. Susan Bach, Justin Bryant, Brandon Gray and Justin Layden were all inducted into the Chairman’s Club.

Division-wide winners include New Home Consultant of the Year – Susan Bach, Construction Manager of the Year – Brandon Gray. Home Readiness Winner – Justin Layden. In addition, Sara Clifton and Monica Triad received special recognition for an outstanding contribution of service throughout the year.
