Moore & Van Allen PLLC is pleased to announce that Michael J. Denny has joined the firm’s Corporate practice.

Mr. Denny is a member in the Charlotte office of Moore & Van Allen where he practices corporate and securities law. He represents public and private companies and boards of directors in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity offerings, securities regulation and compliance, corporate governance, stock exchange listing standards, takeover defense planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Moore & Van Allen, Mr. Denny was a partner in the Charlotte office of an international law firm. Prior to his legal career, he practiced as a certified public accountant in Atlanta, GA.
