Earlier this month, 11 candidates from the NC-CCIM Chapter sat for and passed the comprehensive exam the final step to obtain the coveted CCIM designation.

Candidates go through a rigorous process of formal education, electives and experience culminating with a comprehensive exam. This fall the exam was offered in sync with the CCIM Institute Global Conference, held in Chicago, IL.

James Milner, CCIM, Chair of Candidate Guidance for the NC-CCIM Chapter stated “We are extremely proud of each one of these new designees. They geographically represent many areas of the state, and include designees outside of major markets. We know that they will continue to serve their clients well as recipients of the CCIM designation.”

These CRE practitioners represent ‘the best and the brightest’ and the subject matter experts in their given profession and markets.
