NC Community Foundation announces manager of information services

Jeffrey Grunewald has been named manager of information services at the North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF).

Grunewald manages NCCF’s technology, information and data processing systems. In addition, he oversees data services related to grant making and funds. He works out of NCCF’s headquarters office in Raleigh.

Grunewald joins NCCF with considerable experience working with technology in the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently, he served as the database project manager for the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill. He also served as the development resource manager at the Center of Science and Industry in Columbus, OH and as the administrative coordinator at Merkel Financial Services, Inc.

Grunewald has a bachelor’s degree in English from Ohio State University. He also sat on the board of directors of Community Shares of Mid Ohio, a coalition of nonprofit organizations that collaboratively participates in workplace giving campaigns.
