Attorneys William E.H. “Zeke” Creech and Thomas J. “Tom” Ludlam have joined Nexsen Pruet’s Raleigh office.

Creech has broad experience in the private and public sectors, having been a banker, Congressional aide, corporate counsel, real estate and corporate attorney, Hearings Officer, Assistant United States Attorney, and General Counsel to a State agency. He joins the firm as Special Counsel working with the Real Estate Group.

Ludlam is a former Georgia prosecutor and comes to Nexsen Pruet after working as a staff attorney for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He will work closely with Dan Boyce as Special Counsel with the firm’s White-Collar Crime team.
