Ellen McGraw relocated to Raleigh from Cleveland, Ohio in 2011. She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Evansville and a Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. McGraw, who has worked in the financial industry for 12 years, enjoys the daily challenges of mastering her underwriting skills as a credit portfolio analyst. McGraw, who plans to wed her fiancé this summer, serves the local community as a teacher in the bank’s Junior Achievement initiative with Conn Elementary School.

A native of the Asheville, North Carolina area, Kriss Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Hughes began his career in banking 16 years ago and continues to apply his expertise in real estate as the bank’s credit administrator. Hughes resides in Cary, North Carolina with his wife and son, where he enjoys serving the community by volunteering with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.
