(MORRISVILLE, NC –NOVEMBER 27, 2012)— PRESTON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY reports that more than 125 people attended the Re-Grand Opening of Kitts Creek held on November 13th at the Kitts Creek Clubhouse. The event highlighted the community’s convenient new entrance way off of Davis Drive.

Despite cold weather and rain, Triangle REALTORS® attended the flight-themed event where they enjoyed music, beautiful decorations and a luncheon catered by 42nd Street Oyster Bar. Attendees were transported to four unique homes within the Kitts Creek neighborhood and were eligible to win different prizes.

Congratulations to the eight individuals who won a 15-minute tour by helicopter and to the Grand Prize Winner Demetria Alvarez with Safe Harbour Properties. Alvarez won a one-hour helicopter tour over the Kitts Creek neighborhood and surrounding areas.
