Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in the Triangle region, is proud to announce its affiliation with Real Estate Broker and Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist Mary Kromenhoek. A top-producing Triangle Realtor, Kromenhoek joined the residential real estate company’s Cary office located at 100 Connemara Drive to support her Western Wake clients better.

“Mary is a Pro! I am delighted to have her on our team and the opportunity to work with her,” said Beckie Hanley, sales manager and broker-in-charge of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Cary Office.

The company’s third-largest real estate sales office with more than 125 agents and staff, Kromenhoek was impressed with the close-knit setting and the sense of family she felt upon meeting the Cary team. “I’m excited about this new partnership and the extra team support available to me with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston,” said Kromenhoek. “Though I’ve proudly served buyers and sellers for 14 years now, I’m still confident that there’s plenty to learn from Beckie and my fellow agents to advance my business.”

Kromenhoek obtained her real estate broker license in 2004 and jumped into her new career feet first earning Rookie of the Year that same year from her real estate firm. She quickly honed her skills promising exceptional and straight-forward client service that led her to receive additional accolades including five local Agent of the Year Awards, national and international awards from Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and repeat placements on the Triangle Business Journal’s list of the Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agents. Kromenhoek earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western New England College in Springfield, Mass.

“I take pride in always putting my clients first and making sure they have a positive real estate experience,” added Kromenhoek. “I love being a part of that perfect moment when my clients have found their future home. When I see those smiles on my clients’ faces, that always makes my day.”

A former New Englander, Kromenhoek and her family relocated from New Hampshire to North Carolina in 2002 choosing Holly Springs for their home. She and her husband are sports enthusiasts who spend a lot of time in a hockey rink watching their two teenage boys play travel ice- and inline-hockey. Kromenhoek is also a supporter of the Wounded Warriors Project and actively volunteers with Brown Bag Ministry to feed homeless neighbors in downtown Raleigh.
