A top-producing Triangle Realtor, Gunter joined the residential real estate company’s Falls of Neuse office located at 5000 Falls of Neuse to support his clients better.

Gunter obtained his real estate broker license in 2011 and has quickly risen to the national stage selling in the Top 5% of agents nationwide. “It’s very hard for me to say what the best part of my job is, but if I had to choose I would say that it’s bringing value to buyers and sellers before they’ve even had an opportunity to meet me. I think that our profession is quickly changing and the public has many choices in today’s market,” said Gunter. “In today’s environment the agents who stand out are the ones who understand how to give the client value first. Figuring out how to do that is probably the best part of my job.”

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Gunter and his family relocated from Ohio to North Carolina in 2008 choosing Raleigh for their home. He and his wife have three children; they enjoy traveling and an occasional binge watching of a Netflix series. Gunter and his family volunteer and support the local Boys and Girls Club in Southeast Raleigh. “The vision this organization has for those kids is unbelievable and it’s inspiring to see the impact they have on the community as a whole,” said Gunter.
