Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in the Triangle region, is proud to announce the hiring of the Urhous Team lead by Steve Gunter. A top-producing Triangle Realtor, Gunter joined the residential real estate company’s Falls of Neuse office located at 5000 Falls of Neuse to support his clients better.
“It is such an honor to have Steve partner with us. Not only does he have high standards for himself and the service he gives his clients, he uses the systems and technology paramount in this ever changing industry. Aside from those attributes, he’s just a great guy,” said Susan Holbrook, sales manager and broker-in-charge of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Falls of Neuse Office.
The company’s largest real estate sales office with more than 220 agents and staff, Gunter was impressed with the close-knit setting and the sense of family he felt upon meeting the Falls of Neuse team. “To me, there’s not a better office to be a part of. The management team, administrative staff, and agents are undoubtedly second to none,” said Gunter. “The level of passion and commitment everyone has for the service we provide to the community is evident when you step foot through the doors. And best of all, at the Falls of Neuse Office, it simply feels like family.”
Gunter obtained his real estate broker license in 2011 and has quickly risen to the national stage selling in the Top 5% of agents nationwide. “It’s very hard for me to say what the best part of my job is, but if I had to choose I would say that it’s bringing value to buyers and sellers before they’ve even had an opportunity to meet me. I think that our profession is quickly changing and the public has many choices in today’s market,” said Gunter. “In today’s environment the agents who stand out are the ones who understand how to give the client value first. Figuring out how to do that is probably the best part of my job.”
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Gunter and his family relocated from Ohio to North Carolina in 2008 choosing Raleigh for their home. He and his wife have three children; they enjoy traveling and an occasional binge watching of a Netflix series. Gunter and his family volunteer and support the local Boys and Girls Club in Southeast Raleigh. “The vision this organization has for those kids is unbelievable and it’s inspiring to see the impact they have on the community as a whole,” said Gunter.
