There, the team will participate in the Practice of Excellence Workshop at SPEAR Education. This two-and-a-half-day workshop focuses on accountability and self-leadership to establish a shared vision for the practice.

SPEAR Education is a dental-education facility that revolves around patient-centric dental healthcare, advanced clinical techniques, and enhanced business acumen. Resident faculty provides seminars, workshops, and practice consulting in-person, as well as online education.
