RALEIGH, N.C. (December 19, 2011) — The RTP CFO Forum (www.rtpcfos.com) announces today the election of a new board chair and addition of two new board members for 2012. The forum serves as a peer-to-peer networking and discussion opportunity for more than 200 senior financial executives in the Triangle area.

Assuming the role as board chair is Petra Weishaupt-Smith, a founding member of the forum. She is managing partner of Petra Financial LLC (www.petrafinancialnc.com), an organization that offers outsourced CFO services to start-up and high-growth companies in the Triangle area.

Joining the board for 2012 are:

• Michael Poe, CFO of Xinray Systems (www.xinraysystems.com), an RTP-based company that develops and manufactures distributed x-ray sources for a broad range of applications, including diagnostic medical imaging, homeland security and industrial inspection

• Brad Schomber, vice president of finance for Channel Advisor (www.channeladvisor.com), a global e-commerce software provider
