This year is gold for Scott Welton, CLTC, a financial advisor with MassMutual Carolinas, a general agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), who celebrates 50 years of service with the firm.

Before starting his career with MassMutual in 1966, Welton served in the U.S. Army in Germany, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and worked as a food broker. Today, Welton is a licensed life insurance agent and holds his series 65 and 7 FINRA registrations. He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table and Master’s Club for MassMutual.
