The 2nd quarter of 2014 continues to show growth in the greater-Triangle area Real Estate Market. Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS® recently honored team members for their individual performance in the 2nd quarter.

The team honored Buyer and Relocation Specialist Kim Crump for having most homes under contract for the 2nd quarter, with 13 transactions and a sales volume of $3.5 Million dollars. Her colleague and fellow Buyer and Relocation specialist, Lisa Varona had the most units closed during the quarter with 11, and a sales volume of $2.9 Million dollars.
