Cleveland, Ohio grown, Kelly has earned a degree in Computer Networked Systems, as well as logging over a decade of experience in the IT industry.

As a Support Services Engineer at Technology Associates, Kelly’s mission is to support and assist Clients and computer systems with their technology needs. And he couldn’t have said it any better:

Kelly is also an active member in the Information Systems Security Association, CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, and has been a long time electronics enthusiast. We are so pleased to have him on our Technical Support team as a Support Engineer.

From troubleshooting and running tests to isolating and diagnosing problems, Kelly’s detail-oriented approach ensures the high level of customer service skills Technology Associates is known for.
He loves learning new ways to provide technical support to clients through answering questions, is a natural self-starter and thrives in working in a variety of environments, hardware and software platforms. Kelly’s drive and dedication to our clients and thorough thinking are what make him such an excellent addition to our Technical Support team.
