The Carolina Center Presents Reshape Your Body on February 22nd

Mark Mead, MSc, Nutrition Educator and Health Coach for the Carolina Center for Integrative Medicine ( http://www.carolinacenter.com ), will present "Reshape Your Body: Clinically-Tested Ways to Optimize Your Body Composition and Realize Your Ideal Weight" on Tuesday, February 22nd from 7:00-8:00pm. This free presentation is open to the public and will be held at the Carolina Center's office at 4505 Fair Meadow Lane, Suite 111 in Raleigh.

Many studies have shown that getting rid of excess body fat can reap major health dividends over the long term. The Carolina Center embraces several cutting-edge plans for promoting a healthier, leaner body composition and improved long-range weight control. Mead says that his presentation will focus on several strategies designed to help the individual reset his or her metabolism.

During his 60-minute presentation, Mead will address practical and clinically-tested ways to help you feel well nourished and fully supported while effectively reshaping your body and establishing better energy, resilience, and overall performance.

Mead has been guiding people in the areas of nutrition, fitness, and natural healing for the past 25 years. He earned his master's degree in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health, along with Biology and Science Education degrees from Reed College and East Carolina University, respectively. He currently serves as associate editor for Integrative Cancer Therapies, a peer-reviewed medical journal and has written articles for American Health, Alternative Medicine, and Yoga Journal, among other publications.
