Bookmark and Share Charlotte, NC - June 01, 2015 -

The Scone Shop has expanded its frozen scone collection with two new flavors – Spinach-Feta and Chocolate Cinnachip.

The Spinach-Feta scones are available in Charlotte at Reid’s Fine Foods at Selwyn Corners and Whole Foods Market - SouthPark – and in Chapel Hill at Southern Season. The Chocolate Cinnachip scones are available at Whole Foods Market - SouthPark.

All of The Scone Shop’s scones are handmade frozen scone dough using original recipes with simple ingredients such as rolled oats, flour, eggs, milk and butter. Each sweet flavored package makes eight medium-sized scones while the savory flavor makes 12 smaller scones, which can be baked one at a time or the whole batch at once. Other flavors include: Cinnamon Chip Scones, Cranberry Orange and Butterscotch Chocolate Chip. Its scones are available at retail locations spanning Charlotte, Chapel Hill, Durham, Fort Mill, Raleigh and Winston-Salem.

“We are very excited about these new flavor offerings and look forward to continue adding more to our collection,” said Fielding Williams, founder and owner of The Scone Shop. “Experimenting with flavors and expanding our selection is a passion of ours and is a testament to our growth and the wonderful support from our customers and retail partners.”
