The Scone Shop has expanded to Greensboro, N.C. Its frozen ready-to-bake scones are now available at Whole Foods Market at the Shops At Friendly Center and at The Feathered Nest.

“We appreciate the incredibly warm welcome that we have received in Greensboro,” said Fielding Williams, founder and owner of The Scone Shop. “We are thrilled about expanding our footprint through the Triad and that our scones are now available in the Greensboro community and surrounding area.”

Cinnamon Chip and Cranberry Orange scones are available at Whole Foods Market at the Shops AT Friendly Center located at 3202 W. Friendly Avenue. Cinnamon Chip, Cranberry Orange and Chocolate Cinnachip scones are available at The Feathered Nest located at Irving Park Plaza at 1738 Battleground Avenue in Greensboro. With the addition of these two locations, The Scone Shop’s scones are now available in 18 retail locations throughout the Carolinas.

All of The Scone Shop’s scones are handmade frozen scone dough using original recipes with simple ingredients such as rolled oats, flour, eggs, milk and butter. Each sweet flavored package makes eight medium-sized scones while the savory flavor makes 12 smaller scones, which can be baked one at a time or the whole batch at once. Other flavors include: Spinach Feta and Butterscotch Chocolate Chip. Its scones are available at retail locations spanning Charlotte, Chapel Hill, Durham, Greensboro, Fort Mill, Raleigh, Winston-Salem and Columbia, S.C.
