Triangle British-American Business Council Holds First Business Exchange Event of 2016

February 11 event hosted by GSK will highlight innovation in medicine and healthcare

The Triangle/Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the British-American Business Council will host its first 2016 Business Exchange networking and educational event February 11 at GlaxoSmithKline’s Building 5 Auditorium, located at 5 Moore Drive in Research Triangle Park.

Jamey Millar, GSK senior vice president for managed markets and government affairs, and Maureen O’Connor, executive vice president at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and president of Mosaic Health Solutions, will speak about innovation in medicine and healthcare.

Steve Cain, president of the Triangle BABCNC, said, “We enjoyed tremendous success with our Business Exchange events in 2015 and look forward to presenting more topics of interest to the international business community in 2016. I am delighted that GSK is our host on February 11 and look forward to a very informative evening with Jamey Millar and Maureen O’Connor, as well as the opportunity to network and expand business contacts.”

The cost is $25 for Triangle BABCNC members, British expats, students and representatives of nonprofit organizations, and $35 for non-members.
