Thirty-One Gifts has announced Tricia Edmundson, of Clayton (NC 27527), has earned a promotion to national executive director after three years of service. Her new position is the top leadership level for sales people at Thirty-One, which is one of the nation’s fastest-growing directing-selling companies. Edmundson is just one of 21 sales consultants to reach this level.

“Tricia is one of many inspiring successes at Thirty-One who has emerged since the company was formed in 2003,” said Cindy Monroe, CEO and founder.

Not only has Edmundson achieved Thirty-One’s highest sales level, she is one of only three national executive directors who have risen to the level in only three years. During her rapid rise, Edmundson has served on the company’s Leadership Council for three years, is a member of the President’s Advisory Council and has traveled on the company’s last two leadership incentives trips. She says she finds motivation from the quote "If what you did yesterday still looks big to you, you haven't done much today,” by Duke Basketball Coach Mike Krzyzewski.

“We are so proud of our amazing national executive directors as they reach this premier level in Thirty-One’s career path,” said Monroe. “To reach this level of leadership, a national executive director has built a substantial team and shown unmatched leadership. Women like Tricia demonstrate that with Thirty-One, you can achieve your dreams and those of your family, and have a successful career on your own terms.”

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Thirty-One Gifts is one of America’s fastest-growing direct-selling companies, offering products that work with everyone’s lifestyle, from stylish and functional purses and totes to home organization solutions and much more, most of which can be personalized. Cindy Monroe created the company to celebrate, encourage and reward women, providing an opportunity for them to achieve financial freedom, find personal fulfillment and realize dreams through becoming successful business owners. She named the company for Proverbs 31, a chapter of the Bible that celebrates women’s strengths.

Products are sold at home parties or through a sales consultant; there are more than 115,000 independent Thirty-One sales consultants throughout the U.S. and Canada. For more information or to find a nearby consultant, visit www.thirtyonegifts.com.
